We Believe in Corporate Responsibility
Here at Studio 2055 we are involved with causes that hold personal meaning and those where we believe we can make a difference. Recently my sister was diagnosed with cancer. Since she and I live on opposite coasts, this information gave me a very helpless feeling. Last year I met the CEO of NanoTecNexus Adriana Vela. She leads this nonprofit dedicated to STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) K-12 education. I attended an event sponsored by NanoTecNexus, where a leading researcher spoke on nanotechnology and the work that is being done on cancer and superbugs at UCSD. I was hooked and became an advisor for NanoTecNexus in the areas of branding and marketing.
