Over ten years ago, I met Georgi through a mutual friend and our chemistry clicked. She’s an expert in marketing and public relations for the hospitality and shared ownership industry. At that time, we collaborated with her company, GBG & Associates, and branded many resorts and B2B clients together, with ResortCom International being one of her accounts. ResortCom provides sales and marketing, financial, hospitality and reservations services to domestic and international clients’ shared ownership properties.
There’s No Reservation That ResortCom’s Branding Books Reservations
A few years ago, Georgi approached the studio to help with rebranding ResortCom with a new identity, advertising, branding statements and imagery. The logo we created represents the four directions on a compass and the four seasons, components representative of the hospitality industry. The successful branding extended throughout all collateral including the most recent brochure-folder that senior management would present to current and potential clients.
“Just like many others this decade, the travel and timeshare industry has experienced the digital shift,” noted Georgi. “We’ve strategically focused the ResortCom brand on their level of service as it relates to the growing trends in technology. The design and messaging is representative of their values and strategy–to exceed customer expectations.”
Georgi is very experienced at drawing out a company’s strengths and points-of-difference. Her concept, “Bringing the Human Touch to the Digital Age,” reflects the ResortCom brand–personal service backed by sophisticated software support. On the most recent brochure’s cover, lifestyle imagery is embossed to mimic pixels, thus marrying the messaging of this 25 year old company which has evolved over the past quarter century. Our collaboration pushes creative boundaries and produces the results her clients expect.
“Over the years, GBG & Associates has developed a rich understanding and innate trust level with our clients. I’ve worked with ResortCom International in every facet of public relations and brand positioning throughout an explosive growth period,” says Georgi. “Our goal is to bring the right quality of work to each client. Working together with Studio 2055, we are able to offer a design partnership to support our marketing strategies.”
John Small, Chairman of ResortCom International, shares “The work produced by Studio 2055 in conjunction with GBG’s guidance and direction of the process is always exceptional. The last work they designed, a capabilities brochure, brought rave reviews from employees, prospective clients and existing clients alike. The logo and branding journey designed by this partnership is even more relative today; it still exemplifies who we are, what we do and our future direction.”
