Further extending the agency’s reach and talent, Comet Creative, a North San Diego-based creative branding agency, announces a recent partnership with Rob Rusnak — a 15-year industry veteran renown for his ability to capture brand authenticity and passion for clients and their customer base. As the newly appointed brand strategist and web developer, his addition to the team will allow the studio to offer a more integrated approach to branding with further expansion of web development and design.
“Rob adds significant power to our firm with his nearly two decades of branding and web development. He’s a unicorn–which means he has two extremely strong skills and talents: he’s a great designer and a seasoned front-end developer. Having worked on both the client and agency side, he can see how best to work for our diverse range of clients.”
Previously employing his talents with such brands as MikroScan Technologies and Trango Systems, Rusnak’s acumen and professional expertise resonates with web design/development and brand strategy. And with an impressive repertoire as an industry consultant to a host of notable clientele, it’s no surprise that Comet Creative’s newest addition has received “Best in Class” and “Outstanding Achievements” honors over the years. With a strong background in art and creative design, Rusnak is known among his peers as a forward thinker — lending the ability to construct the bigger picture (in regards to brand development), while connecting the smaller pieces for a seamless approach. “I have always believed the most important thing you can focus on in business is delivering your core message to your ideal audience,” said Rusnak. “That’s what I love about Comet Creative; they get it, and always have. I am looking forward to partnering with a team that loves to help clients create authentic connections with their ideal audience.”
Rusnak attended San Diego State with a focus on fine art, and additional training at UC San Diego in web and digital design. He enjoys hiking with his two pups, Finley and Koko; and as an avid backpacker, also volunteers with Wilderness Basics Course — teaching life skills to those interested in enjoying the great outdoors.
