San Diego, Calif. – January 22, 2014 – Comet Creative (formerly Studio 2055) announces the addition of four companies to its expanding client list of A/E/C and engineering firms. The studio welcomes the San Diego Architectural Foundation, Level 3 Construction, McCullough Landscape Architecture and B&H Tool Company. Comet Creative’s creative team is pleased to work with each of these companies to help elevate their reputation and visibility.
- The San Diego Architectural Foundation (SDAF) will be launching an ongoing forum series, titled “Context” to further the organization’s commitment to keep conversations alive about the value of excellence in San Diego’s built environment. The SDAF committee chose Comet Creative as one of the title sponsors to provide branding and marketing communications for the Context program along with the first forum series on the new San Diego Central Library. Margit Whitlock of Architectural Concepts, chairperson for Context, will be leading the efforts. The first forum, titled “Celebrating Civic Courage,” will feature guests Dr. Irwin Jacobs and Rob Wellington Quigley, FAIA. The event will take place Tuesday, April 29 from 6-9:30 pm at the San Diego Central Library ‘s Joan & Irwin Jacobs Common.
- Level 3 Construction Inc. of Carlsbad has retained Comet Creative to function as their external marketing department. Additional services include website development, strategy and design. Level 3 specializes in building for the hospitality industry and has renovated and constructed high-end hotels and restaurants since its founding in 2006. In that time, their team has built its reputation by responding to clients’ needs in renovation or improvements to luxury properties on the West Coast. Ian Mahon, president, turned to Comet Creative to expand the company’s influence and grow their client base. The Studio’s objective will be to support Level 3 to build the brand and extend it throughout all marketing initiatives and materials. Nanette Newbry, Principal of Comet Creative says, “We’ll collaborate with Ian to have a shared vision and offer our construction marketing knowledge for Level 3 to gain competitive advantage in the hospitality and restaurant renovation market.”
- McCullough Landscape Architecture has chosen to work with Comet Creative on their content marketing program. In order to stay top-of-mind with clients and increase brand recognition as a leading commercial landscape architect firm in San Diego, Comet Creative will provide copy writing, editing, email marketing, public relations and website services to McCullough Landscape Architecture. Catherine McCullough, CEO, is also president of SMPS San Diego, an organization Comet Creative is also a member of for marketing professionals in the A/E/C industry in San Diego.
- B&H Tool Company of San Marcos, a plastic extrusion-tooling manufacturer, has also retained Comet Creative for their marketing. Through all of the economic “ups and downs,” Peter Neville, president, has learned how important it is to manage revenue growth for B&H’s long-term sustainability. In order to navigate today’s economic environment, he turned to the studio to call attention to new employees, new technologies and an expanded product line. Comet Creative will utilize brand strategies for B&H and carry out a marketing plan to include public relations, email marketing, trade show marketing, content marketing, SEO and development of a new website.
